📣 NOTICE OF EXTRAORDINARY GENERAL MEETING
Northwest Hawks Rugby League Club will be holding an Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) on:
📅 Thursday 4th June 2026
📍 Dural Park
⏰ 5:00pm – 5:15pm
This meeting will see positions opened for nominations, voting, and appointments to support the club through the remainder of the 2026 season.
We ask club members to please attend either before or following your child’s training session to help support the quorum required to formally conduct the meeting. A minimum attendance of 20 members is required.
This will be a short meeting focused on allocating volunteer roles and confirming the executive committee structure needed to continue operating and supporting our players, teams, coaches, and families throughout the season.
Please note:
- These positions will be reopened again at the next AGM in November 2026.

- Nominations will close Monday 1st June 2026 at 5:00pm.
The Chair of the North Sydney Bears Junior Rugby League District Board, along with an Independent Board Representative, will be attending and chairing the meeting.
